Import error: No availability

The row was skipped because its availability is missing, zero, or negative.

What does this error mean?

The product row was not imported because its availability is missing, equal to 0, or negative. IVO does not create products or offers from import rows that have no stock.

How to fix it

  1. Open the source CSV, Excel, XML, or JSON file.
  2. Find the row shown in the import history.
  3. Set availability to a positive whole number, for example 1 or 5.
  4. Import the corrected file again.

Why is the row skipped?

Skipping unavailable products prevents empty offers from being created and avoids unnecessary product processing. If the product becomes available later, include it in a future import with stock greater than zero.
