Why does this happen?
- Vague names: Names like "T-shirt", "Cable", "Phone case" are too broad — they don't describe a specific product.
- Internal codes only: Using only SKU codes or internal references (e.g. "ART-12345") without a product name.
- Category names: Entering a category or type instead of a product name (e.g. "Electronics", "Accessories").
- Incomplete names: Partial names that don't identify the product (e.g. "Nike" instead of "Nike Air Max 90 White").
How to fix it
- Use specific product names: Include the brand, model, and key characteristics. For example, instead of "Headphones", use "Sony WH-1000XM5 Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones Black".
- Include brand and model: Always specify the brand and the exact model or product line.
