Your rights
To protect your rights as a consumer, ask for and keep the receipt or another document that proves the purchase of the product or the provision of the service, as well as the guarantee confirmation.
The guarantee period is 2 years for durable goods and 6 months for services.
Under art. 20–25 of Law no. 105 of 13.03.2003 on consumer protection.
