Who is the Freelancer regime for?
This regime is officially designed for individuals who carry out independent economic activities in the field of service provision — such as IT, design, photography, consulting, architecture, crafts, cleaning, etc.
According to the Ministry of Labor, a freelancer is a person who carries out individual economic activity in the field of providing services. Because selling on a marketplace like IVO involves the trade of goods, it does not fall under this category.
What should I choose instead?
To sell products on IVO, you must register a legal form that allows for commercial trade activities, such as an S.R.L. (limited liability company) or I.I. (individual enterprise). Please consult with an accountant or legal professional to choose the best structure for your online store.
