Product Import

Import status: Pending Online

Your product was created by the AI and is awaiting review before it goes live on the marketplace.

What does "Pending Online" mean?

The status "Pending Online" means your product was successfully imported and created in our catalog, but it is not yet visible to buyers. The product is currently in draft status and needs to be reviewed and approved before it goes live on the marketplace.

Why is my product pending?

  • New product created by AI: When the AI creates a brand new product in the catalog (not matching an existing one), it always starts in draft mode. Our team reviews new products to ensure quality: correct name, description, category, images, and specifications.
  • Quality assurance: This review process protects both buyers and merchants by ensuring all product listings meet marketplace standards.

How long does the review take?

Most products are reviewed and approved within 24–48 hours. Complex or unusual products may take slightly longer.

What happens after approval?

  1. The product status changes from draft to active.
  2. Your offer becomes visible to buyers on the marketplace.
  3. The import row status will update to show a "View product" link.

Can I do anything to speed it up?

  • Provide detailed product names: Include brand, model, color, size, and other specifics. This helps the review go faster.
  • Accurate descriptions: Good descriptions reduce the need for manual corrections.
  • Correct pricing: Ensure prices are realistic and in the correct currency.

What if the product already existed?

If the product already existed in our catalog (and was already approved), your offer goes live immediately and you will see the "View product" link instead. In this case, only the offer is new — the product listing was already approved.
