How to update your profile & contact info

Edit your profile

You can update your personal information at any time from your profile page.

Update name, email or phone

1. Log in to your IVO account.
2. Go to your Profile page.
3. In the Personal Information section, edit the fields you want to change:
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Email
   • Phone (Moldovan format: +373XXXXXXXX)
4. Click Save Changes.

Change your profile picture

1. On your Profile page, find the avatar section at the top.
2. Click the upload area to select a new image (JPEG, PNG or WebP).
3. The new picture is saved automatically after upload.
4. To remove the picture, click Remove Avatar.

Change your password

1. On your Profile page, scroll to the Change Password section.
2. Enter your Current Password.
3. Enter your New Password (at least 8 characters).
4. Enter the new password again in Confirm New Password.
5. Click Update Password.

Good to know

• If you change your email to one that is already used by another account, you will see an error. Each email can only belong to one account.
• Phone numbers are automatically formatted to the +373XXXXXXXX standard when saved.
• If you forgot your current password, you can reset it via email instead.
