Reset your password
If you forgot your password, you can reset it using the email address associated with your account.
Steps
- Go to the Password Reset page.
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Check your inbox for an email with a password reset link.
- Click the link in the email. You will be taken to a page where you can set a new password.
- Enter your new password (at least 8 characters) and confirm it.
- Click Continue. Your password is now updated.
After resetting, you will be redirected to the login page where you can sign in with your new password.
Troubleshooting
- Didn't receive the email? Check your spam/junk folder. The email is sent from noreply@ivo.md.
- Link expired? Password reset links are valid for a limited time. If the link has expired, go back to the Password Reset page and request a new one.
- Still can't access your account? Contact our support team for assistance.
Change password while logged in
If you know your current password and want to change it, go to your Profile page and use the Change Password section. You will need to enter your current password followed by the new one.
