Create your account

You can create an IVO account using your email address or by signing in with Google or Facebook.

Register with email

1. Go to the Login page.
2. Enter your email address and click Continue.
3. Since the email is new, you will see the registration form. Fill in:
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Password (at least 8 characters)
   • Confirm Password
4. Click Complete Registration.
5. Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click the link inside to verify your address.

Once your email is confirmed, you are logged in and ready to shop.

Register with Google or Facebook

1. Go to the Login page.
2. Click Sign up with Google or Sign up with Facebook.
3. Authorize IVO on the provider's page.
4. Your account is created automatically using the name and email from your social profile.

Troubleshooting

• Confirmation link not received? Check your spam/junk folder. The email is sent from noreply@ivo.md.
• Link expired? Go to Login, enter your email, and request a new confirmation link.
• Email already exists? You may already have an account. Try logging in or reset your password.
