How to link a social login (Google/Facebook)

Social login overview

You can link your IVO account to Google and Facebook so you can sign in with one click instead of typing your password each time.

Link a social account

1. Log in to your IVO account.
2. Go to your Profile page.
3. Scroll down to the Social Accounts section and click Manage Social Accounts.
4. Click Link Google or Link Facebook.
5. You will be redirected to the provider's page to authorize IVO.
6. After authorizing, you will return to IVO and the account will show as Linked.

Unlink a social account

1. Go to your Profile page → Manage Social Accounts.
2. Click Unlink Account next to the provider you want to remove.

Important: If your account was created via social login and you have no password set, you must set a password first before unlinking. Otherwise you would be locked out of your account.

Sign in with a social account

Once linked, you can use the Sign up with Google or Sign up with Facebook buttons on the Login page to sign in instantly.

Common issues

• "Social account already linked" — This Google or Facebook account is already linked to your IVO account. No action needed.
• "Social account linked to another user" — This social account is already connected to a different IVO account. Each social account can only be linked to one IVO account.
• Cannot unlink — You need a password set on your account before you can unlink a social provider. Go to your Profile page and set a password in the Change Password section.
