Track your delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you can follow its journey in real time from your account.
How to track
- Go to My Orders.
- Click on the order you want to track.
- On the order detail page, click Track Delivery next to the delivery you want to follow.
- You will see a visual timeline showing the current progress of your order.
Delivery timeline stages
| Stage | What it means |
|---|---|
| Order saved | Your order has been placed successfully. |
| Order paid | Payment has been confirmed. |
| In preparation | The merchant is preparing your products for shipment. |
| Ready for pickup | Your package is packed and waiting for the courier. |
| Shipped | The courier has collected your package and it is on its way. |
| Delivering today | Your package is out for delivery and will arrive today. |
| Delivered | Your package has been delivered. |
Tracking codes
If the merchant provides a tracking code from the shipping company, you will see it on the tracking page. Click the Track button to open the shipping company website and see real-time location updates.
Delivery types
- Home Delivery — delivered to your door by a courier.
- Delivery Box — delivered to a parcel locker near you. You will receive a code to open the box.
What if my order is cancelled?
If your order is cancelled, the timeline will show the cancellation and refund status. Card payments are refunded to the original card; other payment methods are refunded as an IVO voucher.
