What "Available on order" means
Most products on IVO are physically with the seller and leave for you as soon as the order is confirmed. Some products are marked "Available on order" instead. That means the seller does not hold the item right now, but can source it specifically for your order.
How long it takes
An on-order product needs longer than one sitting on a shelf, because the seller has to obtain it from their supplier first. The estimated time is shown on the product page and in your basket, before you place the order — you will never find out after paying.
How the order runs
The seller first confirms they can source the item. The estimated delivery time starts from that moment. Once the goods reach the seller, the order is prepared and handed to the courier, and you get a tracking code exactly as with any other order.
Mixed orders
If your basket holds both in-stock and on-order products, they are delivered separately. The items available now do not wait for the ones being sourced — you receive what is ready first, and the rest follows.
If you change your mind
You can cancel an on-order product for as long as it has not been handed to the courier, and you are refunded in full to the card you paid with.
