How to use a voucher for another order

Using your voucher at checkout

Your refund voucher balance is automatically available at checkout for orders placed with the same billing profile used in the original order.

How to apply it

1. Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout
2. Make sure the correct billing profile is selected (the one linked to your voucher)
3. In the payment method section, tick "Use IVO voucher balance"
4. The available voucher balance will be applied to your order total
5. Complete the order as usual

Partial use

You don't have to use the entire voucher balance at once:

• If the order total is less than your voucher balance, only the needed amount is deducted and the rest stays on your voucher
• If the order total is more than your voucher balance, the voucher covers what it can and you pay the difference with another payment method

Important notes

• Vouchers are linked to a specific billing profile — make sure you select the right one at checkout
• You cannot use a voucher that has a pending cash-out request — it will be locked until the request is processed
• Expired vouchers cannot be used
