How to request a cash-out
If your refund voucher is marked as refundable, you can request a cash-out by following these steps:
- Go to My Account → Vouchers
- Find the voucher you want to cash out and click on it to expand
- Click the Cash Out button
- Choose your preferred method: Bank Transfer or Poșta Moldovei
- Fill in the required details and submit the request
Bank Transfer
For bank transfers, you will need to provide:
- IBAN — Must be a Moldovan IBAN (starting with MD)
- Bank — Select your bank from the list
The account holder is automatically taken from your billing profile and cannot be changed.
Poșta Moldovei
For Poșta Moldovei, you will need to provide your delivery address. The recipient name is taken from your billing profile.
What happens next?
Once you submit a cash-out request:
- Your voucher is locked and cannot be used at checkout while the request is being processed
- Our team will review and process the request
- You will receive an email confirmation when it's done
If the cash-out fails
If the request cannot be processed (e.g., incorrect bank details), your voucher will be unlocked and you can submit a new request with the correct information.
