There are two types of vouchers on IVO:

How to apply a voucher

1. Add products to your cart and go to the Shopping Cart.
2. Below the cart items, find the section Do you have a coupon code.
3. Enter your voucher code in the input field.
4. Click the apply button.
5. If the code is valid, the discount will be shown in the cart summary.
6. Proceed to checkout — the voucher discount appears in the order total.

Refund vouchers

Refund vouchers are issued when you receive a refund for a non-card payment (bank transfer, payment terminal, or post office). They are automatically added to your account.

• Format: IVO-XXXX-XXXX
• Valid for 3 years from the date of issue
• Can be used partially — the remaining balance carries over to future orders
• Tied to a specific billing profile

View your vouchers

Go to My Vouchers to see all your vouchers. For each voucher you can see:

• The code, status, and type (Promo or Refund)
• Original value and remaining balance
• Expiry date
• Usage history — which orders used the voucher and how much was deducted

Click Copy Code to copy the voucher code and paste it at checkout.

Cash out a refund voucher

Refund vouchers marked as refundable can be cashed out instead of used on orders. On the My Vouchers page, click Cash Out on the eligible voucher. You can receive the funds via:

• Bank transfer — provide your IBAN and account holder name
• Posta Moldovei — provide recipient name, phone number and address

Can a voucher cover the entire order?

Yes. If the voucher balance covers the full order amount, no additional payment method is required. The order will be marked as paid immediately.
