How to file a warranty claim

Report a defect on a purchased product and submit a warranty claim.

File a warranty claim

If a product you purchased develops a defect within the warranty period, you can submit a warranty claim directly from your account.

Steps

  1. Log in to your IVO account.
  2. Go to My Warranties.
  3. You will see a list of all your delivered products that are still within warranty. Find the product with the issue.
  4. Click Request Warranty next to the product.
  5. Fill in the claim form:
    • Defect type — select the category that best describes the problem:
      • Not working
      • Intermittent failure
      • Physical defect
      • Software issue
      • Battery issue
      • Display issue
      • Connectivity issue
      • Overheating
      • Noise / vibration
      • Other
    • Description — describe the issue in detail (at least 10 characters). Include when the problem started and how it manifests.
    • Photos or videos (optional but recommended) — upload clear images or a short video showing the defect. This helps speed up the review.
  6. Click Submit Claim.

What happens next?

After submitting:

  • Your claim receives a unique warranty code (e.g. WA3K9F2X).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with the claim details and your invoice attached.
  • The merchant receives a notification with your claim, description, and any uploaded media.
  • The claim status starts as Pending and will be updated as it progresses.

Before you file

Before submitting a claim, you can click Warranty Info next to any product to see:

  • Delivery date and warranty expiry date
  • Warranty type (Standard 2 years or B2B 1 year)
  • Merchant contact details (email, phone, address)
  • Downloadable invoices for your records
