The VEGA Esino is a medium-sized chilled tray for buffet setups, designed to keep food items fresh and at a safe temperature. It features a solid oak wood base box, which is oiled to protect the surface and provide a natural look. Inside, a high-quality plastic base tray, heat resistant up to 70°C, holds a polyethylene cold pack marked -21°C to provide consistent cooling. Three 18/10 chrome-nickel stainless steel containers in GN 1/3 format are nested within the base, their rustproof construction and reinforced corners and edges provide durability for frequent use. These containers include a liter scale for easy portioning and a practical stacking cam for secure placement. While the GN containers are dishwasher safe, the oak base box, plastic tray, and cold pack should be cleaned by hand to preserve their materials. Measuring 61.9 x 38.6 x 16.9 cm, this modular system is food-safe and suits professional catering environments where a variety of chilled appetizers or salads are presented.
