The system uses a stainless steel top filter with a micro-fine disc, which eliminates the need for disposable paper filters. Operating at 1600 Watts, the brewer reaches a brewing temperature of 95 °C, taking approximately 25 minutes to prepare a full batch of 4.5 liters. Once the coffee is ready, the device switches to a 100 Watt warming mode that maintains the liquid at around 83 °C.
