What happens when you confirm an order?
When you confirm an order, a courier will be dispatched to your location to pick up the products. This action cannot be undone — the courier is called immediately upon confirmation.
Product availability
Before confirming any order, you must be 100% sure that all products in the order are available and ready for pickup. Double-check stock levels and ensure items are prepared and packaged.
What if the order is not ready?
If the courier arrives and the order is not ready, the order will be marked as late. This negatively impacts your merchant performance metrics and customer satisfaction.
Penalties
Penalties as per your contract will be applied for late or unfulfilled orders. These may include:
- Financial penalties for each late order
- Reduced visibility on the marketplace
- Potential suspension for repeated violations
Best practices
- Only confirm orders when products are physically available and ready
- Use the auto-confirm feature carefully — ensure your stock is always up to date
- If you cannot fulfill an order, you can refuse it — but penalties as per your contract will be applied
- Keep your opening hours accurate to avoid receiving orders when you cannot process them
