The VEGA Natchez medium is a refrigerated buffet display cabinet designed to keep food fresh and visually appealing during service. This rectangular unit features a flat buffet box crafted from solid wood in a vintage white finish, which houses a high-quality plastic base container capable of withstanding temperatures up to 70 °C. To maintain the desired coolness, it utilizes a polyethylene cold pack, ensuring your offerings stay chilled for guests. Measuring 57.5 x 37 x 27.7 cm, the system includes a black melamine presentation platter in GN 1/1 size that is both impact and break-proof. This platter is designed for versatility, remaining stable in temperatures ranging from -30 °C to +70 °C and is the only component of the set that is dishwasher safe. The entire assembly is protected by a transparent Sturgis roll-top cover made from BPA-free Tritan, which includes a non-slip rubber coating to ensure the lid opens and closes quietly without disturbing the surrounding environment.
