The VEGA Fundale high is a professional buffet display cabinet designed to keep food fresh and accessible in catering environments. This rectangular unit measures 63x42.5x33.9 cm and utilizes a modular system that accommodates a GN 1/1 container with a depth of 10 cm. To maintain the desired temperature, it employs a cooling method based on polyethylene ice packs, which are housed within a base tray made of plastic that can withstand heat up to 70 °C. Constructed from brushed 18/10 stainless steel and laminate panels, the housing is rustproof and food-safe. The included GN container is also made of 18/10 chrome-nickel stainless steel, featuring reinforced corners, edges, stacking lugs, and a litre scale for easy measurement, all while being dishwasher-safe for simple cleaning. Protecting the contents is a shatterproof, BPA-free Tritan Sturgis roll-top lid equipped with a non-slip rubberised stop, making it a practical choice for busy self-service areas where hygiene and durability are essential.
