The VEGA Esino is a refrigerated buffet cooling tray designed to keep food fresh and appealing during service. Inside, a high-quality plastic base tray provides stability and can withstand temperatures up to 70°C, while a polyethylene cold pack ensures the necessary cooling for the contents. For food storage, the set includes two black melamine containers in GN 1/2 size with a depth of 6.5 cm. These containers are designed for heavy use, being both impact-resistant and break-proof, and they can handle a wide temperature range from -30°C to +70°C. Because they are stackable and dishwasher safe, they are easy to manage in a busy kitchen environment, although the oak base, plastic tray, and cold pack should be cleaned by hand.
