Its core features a SISTEM BOX frame containing Hercule springs with a diameter of 2.2 mm and a height of 72 mm, with 160 springs per square meter and polyurethane foam insertions between the rows to ensure stability. This robust construction allows the mattress to support a maximum load of 130-140 kg per person. To balance the firmness of the spring block, the mattress includes two 6 cm thick polyurethane foam plates with a density of 25 kg/m³ and double layers of thermofelt weighing 1100 g/m². The overall height of 30 cm is wrapped in a breathable, antibacterial triple cotton fabric composed of 80% cotton and 20% polyester, quilted with wadding and TNT for a soft touch.
