The base uses a sandwich construction with a 6 mm aluminium core, which ensures heat is distributed evenly across the bottom to prevent hot spots during long cooking processes. This design makes the pot compatible with all types of hobs, including induction. For ease of handling, the pot features solid stainless steel handles that are securely spot-welded to the body.
