Pastelena pasta is made from 100% durum wheat semolina using Italian technology in the Republic of Moldova. This Group A (Extra), Class 1 product maintains its shape during boiling to achieve an al dente texture that absorbs sauces well. The 500 g paper-based bag with a window contains pasta free from artificial colors and preservatives. Available in the Pipe Rigate shape, it is prepared by boiling for 5 to 10 minutes in 1 liter of water per 100g of product.
