Who is IVO.md?
IVO.md is the crawler used by IVO Marketplace to read product feeds configured by merchants in their IVO merchant account.
Why does it request my feed?
When a merchant connects a JSON or XML feed, IVO fetches that URL to preview the feed, map product fields and keep the merchant catalog synchronized with IVO Marketplace.
How to identify the crawler
Feed requests are sent with this User-Agent:
IVO.md (+https://ivo.md/help/merchant-integration/ivo-md-crawler)The crawler only requests feed URLs that were configured by a merchant or by an authorized operator during integration setup.
What data is read?
IVO reads the product information available in the feed, such as SKU, name, price, stock, category, brand, EAN, description and image URLs. The feed is used for catalog synchronization and import diagnostics.
Access and rate limits
Please allow requests from this User-Agent if you want the feed integration to work. You can apply normal rate limits, but blocking the crawler may prevent product preview and synchronization.
