Description
The Grandstream GWN7062 is a white wireless router designed to provide high-speed connectivity using the Wi-Fi 6 standard. It delivers a total wireless throughput of up to 1.77 Gbps, splitting speeds between 574 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band and 1201 Mbps on the 5 GHz band. This performance is powered by a 64-bit 1.2GHz quad-core processor and 2x2:2 MU-MIMO with DL/UL OFDMA, allowing the device to handle up to 256 concurrent Wi-Fi clients without compromising stability. Its physical build includes four internal antennas and a compact 95 x 95 x 193 mm frame weighing 690 g. For wired connections, you have one Gigabit WAN port and four Gigabit LAN ports, along with a USB 3.0 port for expanded utility. The system is managed via GWN.Cloud for secure provisioning and supports Mesh networking when paired with other Grandstream access points. Security is integrated through an anti-hacking secure boot and digital signatures for critical data lockdown, complemented by a firewall with Anti-DoS and traffic rules. You can also set up a guest network or use the built-in VPN support, which includes protocols like OpenVPN, IPsec, and L2TP, making it a reliable choice for users who need a secure, high-capacity network for a home or small office.
