The Elizi EL-013 is a clay pot designed for direct fire, making it a versatile choice for those who enjoy traditional slow cooking. With a capacity of 2.5L and dimensions of 28 x 17 cm, this vessel allows you to prepare meals while ensuring uniform heat distribution throughout the ingredients. Its construction features walls thicker than 1 cm, which helps maintain a steady temperature and protects the contents from sudden heat spikes. The pot comes with a matching lid and integrated side handles for a more secure grip when moving it from the stove to the table. You can use it across various heat sources, including electric hobs, ovens, and open flames, to achieve the tender textures typical of clay cookware.
