The de Buyer Prim Appety is a professional-grade saucepan designed for the demanding environments of hotels and restaurants. Crafted from AISI 304 stainless steel, this 16 cm diameter pot features a sandwich base that ensures heat is distributed evenly across the bottom, making it compatible with all stovetops, including induction. Its 1.6 L total capacity is complemented by internal volume markings at 0.5 L and 1.0 L, allowing you to measure ingredients directly in the pan. The exterior is finished with a satin-brushed polish, while the interior remains smooth and hygienic for easy cleaning. To make handling safer and more comfortable, the pan is equipped with a wide, ergonomic tubular bridge handle that is securely spot-welded. A rounded body without sharp edges and an all-round pouring rim help prevent spills during service. Because it is dishwasher-safe, this durable tool simplifies the cleanup process in a busy kitchen.
