Its core consists of carbon steel Bonell springs with a diameter of 2.2 mm and a density of 110 springs per square meter, which creates a stable foundation for the body. To balance this firmness, the mattress features a semi-hard feel on both sides, achieved through layers of 3 cm thick OrtoFoam polyurethane foam with a density of 28 kg/m³ and 5 mm of dense felt to protect the foam from the springs. For added comfort and hygiene, the mattress is wrapped in a detachable Jacquard cover made from an equal blend of synthetic and natural fibers. The internal structure is thoughtfully layered, incorporating wool for all-season warmth and cotton to encourage natural airflow, while the materials are treated to be antibacterial and antiallergic.
