The VEGA Sturgis is a transparent roll-top hood designed for GN 1/2 containers, providing a practical way to protect food while keeping it visible. Measuring 27.6x18.9x33.7 cm, this cover is crafted from Tritan, a material known for being extremely shatterproof and BPA-free, which ensures durability in busy kitchen environments. It can withstand temperatures ranging from -40 °C up to 90 °C, making it versatile for various storage and presentation needs. To ensure a quiet operation, the folding design includes a slip-resistant rubber stop that softens the opening and closing movements. This hood is compatible with all presentation platters, containers, and boards in GN sizes and comes fully mounted for immediate use. For maintenance, you only need to use a mild detergent to keep the surface clear.
