To maintain coolness, the unit utilizes a polyethylene cold pack, while the food is held in an 18/10 chrome-nickel stainless steel GN 1/1 container with a depth of 6.5 cm. This container is built for professional use, featuring reinforced corners, edges, a stacking pin, and an integrated liter scale for easy measurement. Measuring 57 x 36.5 x 27.4 cm, the cabinet is topped with a transparent Sturgis roll-top cover made from bisphenol A-free Tritan. This cover includes a non-slip rubber coating to ensure it operates quietly during use. For maintenance, the stainless steel container is dishwasher safe, though the other components should be cleaned by hand to preserve the oak and plastic materials.
