The VEGA Montana is a refrigerated buffet display cabinet designed to keep food fresh and accessible during service. Its exterior features a solid oak buffet box accented with an anthracite MDF panel, measuring 57 x 36.5 x 27.4 cm. Inside, it utilizes a polyethylene cold pack and a high-quality plastic base container that can withstand temperatures up to 70 °C. For food storage, the unit includes a black melamine GN 1/1 container with a depth of 6.5 cm, which is impact-proof, break-proof, and safe for use between -30 °C and +70 °C. This specific container is dishwasher safe, making cleanup easier, while the rest of the unit should be cleaned by hand. To protect the contents, the cabinet is equipped with a Sturgis roll-top cover made from BPA-free Tritan, featuring a non-slip rubber coating to keep the lid securely in place.
