This 30 cm diameter wok features a body made of solid cast aluminium and a 3-layer PTFE non-stick coating reinforced with titanium oxides, which helps food slide off and simplifies cleaning. Its construction includes a ferromagnetic steel base approximately 8 mm thick, providing a full-surface thermo-induction design that works efficiently across induction, gas, electric, ceramic, and halogen hobs. For handling and durability, the pan is equipped with a solid stainless steel cold handle that remains comfortable during use. It can withstand high temperatures up to 420 °C and is safe for use in ovens up to 250 °C, making it suitable for flambéing. To maintain the integrity of the non-stick surface, you should use wooden, plastic, or silicone utensils and hand wash the pan rather than using a dishwasher.
