Inside, the cabinet holds two GN 1/2 containers made of black, impact-resistant melamine that is break-proof and dishwasher-safe. These containers sit within a high-quality plastic base tray that can withstand heat up to 70 °C. To protect the contents, the unit features a shatter-proof roll-top lid made from BPA-free Tritan, which includes a rubberised stop to ensure the lid opens and closes quietly.
