To maintain temperature, the unit utilizes a polyethylene ice pack cooling system, which is supported by a high-quality plastic base tray that can withstand heat up to 70 °C. Inside the GN 1/1 frame, you will find three GN 1/3 containers made from rustproof 18/10 chrome-nickel stainless steel. These 10 cm deep containers feature reinforced corners, stacking lugs, and a litre scale for easy portioning, and they are entirely dishwasher-safe for quick cleanup. Protecting the contents is a shatter-proof, BPA-free Tritan roll-top lid that glides smoothly and stays in place thanks to a non-slip rubberised stop, making it a practical choice for servers and guests in a busy buffet setting.
