The VEGA Fundale is a refrigerated buffet display cabinet designed to keep food fresh and accessible in professional catering environments. This unit features a brushed 18/10 stainless steel housing with a laminate panel, measuring 63 x 42.5 x 33.9 cm. It utilizes a polyethylene ice pack placed in a heat-resistant plastic base tray, which can withstand temperatures up to 70 °C, to maintain a cool environment without needing a power connection. Inside, the cabinet holds two GN 1/2 stainless steel containers with a depth of 10 cm. These 18/10 chrome-nickel vessels are rustproof and dishwasher-safe, featuring reinforced corners, stacking lugs, and an integrated litre scale for easy portion control. To protect the contents, the unit is equipped with an unbreakable Tritan roll-top lid that is BPA-free and includes a non-slip rubberised stop for smooth operation.
