To maintain temperature, it utilizes a polyethylene ice pack marked at -21°C, which sits within a high-quality plastic base tray capable of resisting heat up to 70°C. Inside, the cabinet holds two GN 1/2 containers made from rustproof 18/10 chrome-nickel stainless steel, each with a depth of 10 cm. These containers are built for heavy use with reinforced corners, edges, and stacking lugs, and they include a litre scale for easy portioning. Because they are dishwasher-safe, cleanup after a busy service is straightforward. Protecting the food is a Sturgis roll-top lid made from BPA-free Tritan. This material is unbreakable and includes a non-slip rubberised stop, ensuring the lid stays securely in place while providing a clear view of the contents for your guests.
