The VEGA Cascais round showpiece is a light-green decorative plate designed to add a touch of color and texture to food presentations. It features a distinctive donut shape with an open bottom and a diameter of 16.5 cm, characterized by the speckled surface typical of the Cascais line. These pieces are both microwave and dishwasher safe, making them practical for busy environments. Because of the open bottom design, you should dry them separately after washing to prevent residue from accumulating and to maintain high hygiene standards, which is especially important for professional use. They come in a pack of four, providing a consistent look for your serving arrangements.
