The Unical X+ R35 is a wall-mounted gas condensing boiler manufactured in Italy.

It delivers a nominal heating power of 33 kW, with condensing heating power ranging from 5.4 to 34.7 kW and an annual space heating efficiency of 93%. The unit features a Premix Low NOx burner with emissions of 49 (NOx class 6) and supports the management of two heating zones at different temperatures. To improve user experience, it includes Hot Water Speed (HWS) electronics to reduce domestic hot water delay and automatic air ventilation for combi models.

The boiler is constructed with a stainless steel heat exchanger and is designed for wall installation. It carries an IPX5D protection rating, making it suitable for outdoor installation when used with an optional top.

With a load profile of XL and electronic frost protection functioning down to -15 °C, this system is designed for efficient heating and hot water delivery in demanding residential environments.
