TP-Link EAP650-Desktop AX3000 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6 Access Point, 2976 Mbps, Omada Mesh, MU-MIMO, OFDMA, 4x Gigabit Ethernet Ports with PoE+ and RJ11 FXS Port
Description
The TP-Link EAP650-Desktop is a dual-band Wi-Fi 6 access point designed to provide high-speed wireless connectivity for home or office environments. By utilizing the AX3000 standard, it delivers total throughput of up to 2976 Mbps, splitting this between 2402 Mbps on the 5 GHz band and 574 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band. This capacity is supported by MU-MIMO and OFDMA technologies, which help maintain stable connections even when multiple devices are active simultaneously. Its physical design is versatile, featuring a white finish and dimensions of 175 x 140 x 33 mm, allowing you to place it on a desk or mount it to a wall. For wired connectivity, the device includes four Gigabit Ethernet ports, including one PoE In and one PoE Out port based on the 802.3bt/at/af PoE+ standard, alongside an RJ11 FXS port for telephony needs. While it comes with a 12V DC power adapter, the PoE capability simplifies installation by allowing power and data to run through a single cable. Integrated into the Omada mesh ecosystem, this access point is well-suited for users who need a scalable network that remains easy to manage. The compact 452 g unit operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 40°C and provides clear status updates via dedicated LED indicators for power and system health.
