The SJCAM SJ8 Pro is a compact action camera designed to capture high-resolution footage in a variety of environments. It records video up to 4K at 60fps and offers a specialized 4K Ultra mode for enhanced detail, while the 720P setting allows for slow-motion captures at 240fps. To keep your shots steady, the device uses a 6-axis gyroscope EIS, and its 170-degree field of view includes distortion correction to ensure a natural perspective of your surroundings. Measuring 62.5 x 41 x 28.8 mm and weighing only 85 g, this black camera is easy to mount and carry. You can manage settings through the 2.33-inch IPS touch rear screen or check your status on the small 0.96-inch front display. The internal 1200mAh battery provides roughly 70 to 90 minutes of recording at 4K/60fps, and the dual-band WiFi allows for quick connectivity with the SJCAM ZONE app via 2.4GHz or 5GHz bands. For audio, the camera features two integrated microphones and a speaker, though you can connect an external Type-C microphone for clearer sound. It is versatile enough for different scenarios, offering a car DVR mode for driving and various photo modes including burst and interval shooting. When placed in the included waterproof case, you can take the camera to depths of up to 30m, making it suitable for diving or water sports.
