The Rudiment Agro Grup FumAgro is a specialized smoke tube designed to shield orchards, vegetable gardens, and ornamental plants from the sudden frosts of spring and autumn. Each 650 g tube consists of a blend of natural wax, purified paraffin, and combustion stabilizers, which work together to protect crops when temperatures drop between -1 and -3°C. Once you remove the protective foil and light the wick from the top, the tube burns for 15 to 25 minutes, covering an area of 500 to 1000 m². This process creates a thin paraffin film on the plants that continues to provide protection for 2 to 3 hours after the flame is extinguished. For the best results, it is most effective when wind speeds are between 1 and 2 m/s, though it should not be used if the wind exceeds 3 m/s. To ensure safety, place the tube at least 1 meter away from tree trunks, dry vegetation, or any flammable materials. These Moldovan-made tubes should be stored in a cool, dry place between +5 and +30°C to maintain their effectiveness.
