The Navitel MR255NV is a mirror-style car video recorder that fits directly over your existing rearview mirror using included fixing clips. It features a 5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 960x480, providing a clear view of the road while maintaining the functionality of a standard mirror. Both the front and rear cameras capture video in Full HD 1920x1080p resolution, utilizing GC2053 sensors that enable night vision for safer driving in low-light conditions. The front lens consists of four layers of glass and offers a wide 160° viewing angle, while the rear camera provides a 100° perspective and can be rotated up to 350° to find the best angle for your vehicle. Under the hood, the device is powered by an MSTAR MSC8339 processor and supports microSD cards up to 256 GB, which is helpful for storing long trips. It records in TS video format with fragments of 1, 3, or 5 minutes, and includes loop recording and overwrite protection to ensure the most recent footage is always saved. A built-in G-sensor automatically protects important clips, while the integrated microphone and speaker allow for sound recording. For added convenience, the system automatically switches to the rear camera view when you shift into reverse, displaying parking lines to help you maneuver into tight spaces.
