The Hikoki D13VL is a professional-grade drill designed for demanding tasks in wood and metal. It is powered by an 860W motor and features a two-speed reducer with a high/low gear shift dial, allowing you to adjust the no-load speed between 0-3,000/min for faster work or 0-1,100/min for higher torque. This versatility enables the tool to handle steel drilling up to 13mm in low gear and wood up to 40mm, while the high gear is suited for smaller holes up to 8mm in steel and 25mm in wood. Built for durability and safety, the drill has an aluminium die-cast body with internal double-insulation and a plastic stator holder. A built-in slip clutch helps protect you by reducing the reaction force if the tool encounters an excessive load. For better control during heavy-duty use, it includes an ergonomic soft grip handle and a double-molded side handle. The tool weighs 2.9 kg and measures approximately 361mm to 363mm in length depending on whether you use the keyless or keyed chuck, which accepts bits from 1.5 to 13mm. It comes equipped with a depth gauge and a chuck wrench for the keyed version.
