The Grandstream GWN7710R is an outdoor lite managed PoE switch designed to extend network connectivity to challenging external environments. It features six ports in total, including five Gigabit Ethernet ports and one 2.5G SFP port for high-speed fiber uplinks. To power connected devices, four of the Gigabit ports support passive PoE++, while the unit itself can be powered via a single Gigabit PoE++ input port, simplifying cabling in remote locations. Built for durability, the device is housed in a white metal casing with an IP66 rating, ensuring it remains waterproof and dustproof. It is engineered to operate reliably in extreme temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 60 °C. Network administrators can manage the switch through a local web interface, the GWN Manager on-premises software, or the GDMS cloud platform.
