The Canon ES-73B is a dedicated lens hood designed specifically for the Canon RF 45mm f/1.2 STM lens. By blocking stray light from entering the lens, it helps you avoid glare and lens flare, ensuring your images remain clear and contrasty even in challenging lighting conditions. Beyond improving image quality, this Japanese-made accessory acts as a physical shield that protects the front glass element from accidental bumps and scratches. It is remarkably lightweight at only 27g, meaning it adds minimal bulk to your setup while providing essential security for your optics during daily shoots.
