The be quiet! Shadow Base 800 DX in white is a spacious chassis designed to house high-performance components while keeping them cool and quiet. It supports a wide range of motherboard sizes, from Mini-ITX up to E-ATX, and provides ample room for large hardware, accommodating graphics cards up to 430 mm in length and CPU coolers reaching 180 mm in height. To manage heat, the case comes with three Pure Wings 3 140mm PWM fans pre-installed at the front, top, and rear, though you can expand this to a total of eight fans. If you prefer liquid cooling, the top and front panels both support radiators up to 420 mm, giving you significant flexibility in your thermal setup. Constructed from a mix of steel, ABS, and tempered glass, the case features an open mesh design that encourages steady airflow. The interior is organized for ease of assembly, featuring a cable management cover and decoupled mounts for the power supply and hard drive cages to reduce vibration. You can install storage quickly thanks to the tool-less HDD and SSD mounts, with a maximum capacity for four 3.5" and eight 2.5" drives. For connectivity, the I/O panel includes a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port and two Type-A ports, while the integrated ARGB controller manages 40 LEDs to add a subtle glow to your build.
