AWAVE DSP-12DMAX 12-Channel Class D DSP Amplifier, ADAU1462 Processor, 12x80W RMS, 31-Band Parametric EQ, Brushed Aluminum Chassis
Description
The AWAVE DSP-12DMAX is a Class D amplifier with an integrated digital signal processor, designed to refine and power complex car audio systems. It delivers 80 W RMS per channel across 12 amplification channels at 4 Ohm, operating with an efficiency of 84%. At its heart, the ADAU1462 processor works alongside AKM AK5538 and AK4458VN converters to handle 32-bit audio with a sampling frequency of 192 kHz, ensuring a signal-to-noise ratio of 100 dB for clear, high-resolution sound reproduction. Connectivity is versatile, featuring 12 high-level inputs and 6 RCA low-level inputs, as well as optical and coaxial digital options for various source devices. You can fine-tune the audio using a 31-band parametric equalizer, with adjustable gain, time correction, bandpasses, filters, and time delays. The unit is housed in a brushed aluminum chassis and operates within a voltage range of 9 to 16 V, providing 12 low-level RCA and 12 speaker outputs. This system is well-suited for those looking to upgrade original car radios while maintaining factory integration. For added convenience, you can include an optional Bluetooth module for wireless streaming or a remote control to manage volume and presets from the driver's seat.
