The APS Salua buffet platter set provides a practical solution for keeping food chilled during events. This five-piece German-made system consists of a round chrome-plated stainless steel tray and cooling plate, paired with two cooling packs that sit beneath the tray to maintain a low temperature for your appetizers or desserts. To keep the contents fresh and protected, the set includes a clear acrylic roll-top cover that reaches a height of 22 cm. The entire assembly measures 38 cm in diameter and 24 cm in height, featuring a stackable design that helps you save space on a crowded buffet table. While the stainless steel components are durable, please remember that the transparent cover should be cleaned by hand as it is not dishwasher safe.
