The Ajax MultiTransmitter is an integration module designed to connect existing wired sensors to an Ajax security system, allowing you to keep your reliable wired hardware while benefiting from a modern wireless ecosystem. It supports up to 18 alarm and tamper zones and is compatible with various detector contact types, including NO, NC, and several EOL configurations with resistors ranging from 1 kΩ to 7.5 kΩ. You can choose between pulsed or bistable processing modes for alarm signals to match your specific equipment. Housed in a white IP40-rated enclosure measuring 196 × 238 × 100 mm, the device is built for wall mounting and includes two tampers to protect against dismantling. It operates on a main power supply of 110–255 V and can be equipped with an optional 12 V DC backup battery (4 or 7 A⋅h) to ensure the system remains active during power outages. The module provides a power supply of 10.5–15 V DC for connected detectors, supporting a total current consumption of up to 1 A. This module is ideal for those upgrading a large property or business where running new wireless sensors everywhere is impractical. With a radio signal range of up to 2,000 m in an open line of sight and support for cables up to 400 m, it communicates reliably with all Ajax hubs and range extenders. The package comes ready for installation with the board, housing, power and battery cables, and a mounting kit.
